The GB_Self an honor-based training program reflects a participant’s personal commitment to learning Six Sigma. The course has been possible because of the availability of our new book, ‘The Six Sigma Performance Handbook’ (McGraw Hill, 2004). The book has been written by several Six Sigma experts in an intuitive, practical and at the right statistics level. Complementing the book, Accelper Consulting has developed a set of project forms that guide students through the DMAIC methodology in solving most problems.

To earn a GB_Self Certificate, the student must sign up with Accelper Consulting by paying a non-refundable fee of $795. We will mail you the following material:

• The Six Sigma Performance Handbook (500+ pages, considered a Green Belt HB)
• The Six Sigma Business Scorecard (A best selling Business Performance book)
• Six Sigma Project Forms

Within three weeks after signing up for the GB_Self class, the student must call Accelper Consulting and mutually agree upon on a Six Sigma Project. Student can send any question about Six Sigma contents via email to the assigned Six Sigma Mentor at Accelper Consulting. The project and the project forms must be returned within 120 days after the course sign up date. 

The complete project forms must be mailed to Accelper Consulting for evaluation. Based on the project completion, and Six Sigma competency verification, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate will be mailed to the student.
