Our projects have been a mix of problem solving, strategic planning, implementation of quality and environmental management systems, Six Sigma or training. Most of our projects are contracted at a fixed price and a target completion date. We strive to complete within those requirements. However, if required by our clients, we are pleased to work on time and material.
